Bourbon, Lemon & lime juice, brown sugar simple syrup, egg white
This drink takes it back to the old school, when old fashions were made with Cognac, a brandy found only in the region of Cognac, France. We feature ours with Hennessy VS Congnac. We pair it with house made orange bitters and Peychaud’s bitters, a recipe dating back to the 1830s by a Creole apothecary. Enhanced with house made demerara syrup and garnished with a brandied cherry and an orange rind.
Tip Top Margarita
We start off with Don Julio Blanco Tequila, accenting it with Cointreau, mixing in freshly squeezed lime juice and agave syrup, and drizzling of Bigallet, China China, a French Amer liqueur, on the tip top.
Come Fly With Me
Ketel One’s new botanical vodka, made with Peach and Orange Blossom, and infused with fresh lemon juice, Heering Cherry Liqueur, and Creme de Yvette, a 100 year old recipe that was resurrected in March of 2010.
My Pink Heaven
This ginger-raspberry meringue cocktail features muddled raspberries, freshly squeezed lemon juice, agave and egg whites. Combining Bombay Sapphire, a ten botanical London dry gin, with Domaine de Canton, an eau de vie and Cognac base liqueur that is flavored with fresh vietnamese ginger.
Spirt of choice, Lime juice, brown sugar simple syrup, Angostura Bitters, Ginger Puree, topped of with Crabbies Ginger Beer.
